  1. Be ready with your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.  For your first call, you will use the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your Personal Identification Number (PIN). During your call, you will be asked to establish a new PIN.

  3. After the greeting, enter your bank location code, which is "4".
