If you are notified of a transaction that you didn't authorize, contact Reliance State Bank immediately to close your debit card. If you have fraud to report after business hours, call the brella Fraud Operations at 866-508-2693 immediately to prevent further fraud.

IPhone and Android users can sign up directly through the Brella app found in the App Store and Google Play. During the set up process, SHAZAM will conduct an automated call to confirm your PIN for security purposes. The call will be generated from 1-800-524-0408.
With brella™ PERSON-TO-PERSON (P2P), experience the added convenience of conducting transfers from your debit card to other debit card users, quickly, securely and up to $200 per day. For example, this would give you the opportunity to send money to your college student, give a special gift or split the restaurant bill with friends. There is a $ .60 per transaction fee for anyone utilizing the P2P service through brella™.
