Interest is paid monthly with a balloon payment of principal & remaining interest at the end of 12 months. Monthly payment example: monthly interest only payments on a construction loan of $300,000 would be $634.44 per month with one final payment of $300,634.44. Payment does not include taxes or insurance. Loan to value restrictions will apply.  Origination fee of 1% will apply in addition to normal closing costs.
