Small Business Spotlight: Fueled by Passion, Built for Garner
Proudly serving the Garner community since 2022, Xtreme Turf is dedicated to helping you create the yard you’ve always dreamed of.
Founders Caleb and Morgan Dirksen launched Xtreme Turf after years of experience in the chemical and fertilizer industry with Five Star Coop. Driven by a desire to work close to home and build something of their own, they seized the opportunity when a local business began to scale back operations. That decision sparked the beginning of Xtreme Turf—a locally owned, community-focused company with deep roots in Garner.
For Caleb, being self-employed means more than just running a business. It’s about having the freedom to be creative, make independent decisions, and bring personal vision to life.
The Dirksen's have partnered with Reliance State Bank for over a decade. As Caleb puts it, “RSB has helped us with everything we’ve done. Starting young with not much, they believed in our vision. They were always willing to listen and take a chance on us—believing we could make it happen.”
