Providing your business with a fast, simple, and secure digital banking experience is a priority at Reliance State Bank. That's why we’re upgrading our business online banking and mobile app to a new Business Digital Banking platform.


Key Action Steps for Business Customers:

As we prepare to migrate from the current Business Online Banking to our upgraded Business Digital Banking platform, there will be few action steps that need completed.  Please refer to the table below for important steps you'll need to take throughout the next several weeks.  Additional steps will be added at the time email communications are sent.

Phone Numbers

  • Provide phone numbers for MFA login by completing the Contact Form.
Contact Form Before conversion 

Transfers

  • Recurring and scheduled internal transfers WILL migrate.

  • Transfer templates WILL NOT Migrate to the new platform.

  • Save details of any existing transfer templates to recreate following the conversion.
  • ​Export/download transfer history for your records (transaction history will convert)
Before conversion

ACH's

  • ACH templates WILL migrate.
     
  • Recurring and scheduled ACH batches WILL NOT migrate.
     
  • Uploaded NACHA files will not need templates created.
  • Set-up ACH templates in Business Online Banking before conversion, if you currently use recurring or copied batches.
  • To save existing history, please export ACH History prior to conversion.

Bill Payment

  • Primary Account: Schedule any future dated bill payments by January 16th. Scheduled payments and Payees will migrate.
     
  • Linked Businesses: (another associated business linked under the primary company's profile) Save payee information and scheduled payments for post-conversion creation. New enrollment will be required post-conversion.
