Providing your business with a fast, simple, and secure digital banking experience is a priority at Reliance State Bank. That's why we’re upgrading our business online banking and mobile app to a new Business Digital Banking platform.
Login Instructions:
Note: Your previous login URL will not redirect. You must log in through Reliance State Bank's website.
- Visit www.rsbiowa.com.
- Click “Online Banking” in the login box and select “Business Digital Banking”.
- Enter your User ID and click “Forgot Password”.
- Enter User ID, Last Name, Email Address AND Mobile Phone. All information must be entered and match our records to proceed.
- Verify your identity by selecting one of the following options: text, call or email to receive your confirmation code.
- Set a new password.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions to receive alerts.
- You will be prompted to Activate your Token.
- Use your token to obtain a one-time passcode.
- Enter the passcode in the one-time passcode box, click submit.

- Remove the old RSB Business Mobile app and download the new RSB Business Mobile app - Apple or Google.

How to Send and Approve ACH's
ACH's can be sent as One-Time Payment, ACH Batch Import (NACHA File), Import File (Non-NACHA), or using an ACH Template and scheduling a recurring batch. For a complete set of instructions on initiating and approving ACH batches, please click here.

What are my user credentials for the new Business Digital Banking platform?

Your username will remain the same, however, you will need to reset your password upon the initial login to the new platform. See below for instructions:
- Visit www.rsbiowa.com
- Click “Online Banking” in the login box and select “Business Digital Banking”
- Enter your current User ID and click “Forgot Password”
- Reset your password and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup
- Complete the registration process using your token.

Will I continue to use the same token for multi-factor authentication during the login process?

Yes, you will continue to use the same token during the login process.

Will my login to Remote Deposit Capture change?

If you currently use Remote Deposit Capture, the URL and login credentials will remain unchanged.

Will I need to download a new mobile app?

Yes, after conversion, you will need to download a new RSB Business Mobile app as the old app will be deactivated. The new app will be available for download on Thursday, January 22 at 8am.
Simply search for Reliance State Bank Business Mobile.

How to I set-up real-time alerts and notifications in the new platform?

Once conversion is complete, you can set-up real-time notifications in the new platform. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, click Settings, click Advanced Alerts.

How many months of transaction history will be available?

24 months of transaction history will convert to Business Digital Banking.

How many months of statements will I be able to view in the new platform?
-
You'll have access to 18 months of account statements once the new system is live.

Will I be able to see check and deposit images?

Yes, you will be able to view the front and back of check images, and deposit images within your transaction history. Front images will also continue to be included in your monthly account statements.
