Deleting Your Digital Banking Profile

If you would like to request the deletion of digital banking user profile, please use one of these options:

Online

Visit our website and log in to your digital banking account. Submit a "Contact Us" form under the Secure Requests tab explaining that you'd like your digital profile deleted. 

RSB Mobile

Call us at 515-733-4396 (Story City) or 641-923-2801 (Garner) and explain that you'd like your digital banking profile to be deleted.

Please Note:

Deleted your user profile will remove all your data associated with your profile and access to digital services including but not limited to: Bill Pay, Online Statements, and Scheduled Transfers. Please see below for how to proceed with the following services. If your service is not mentioned below, please contact us

Bill Pay

Your Bill Pay profile will be deactivated and information will be deleted. This includes but is not limited to payee information, recurring payments, scheduled payments, e-bills, payment history. If you need information about Bill Pay, you should request it before deleting your digital banking profile. 

Online Statements

Your access to online statements will be removed and you will receive mailed, paper statements. Depending on your account type, you may be charged a fee to receive mailed, aper statements. Should you need past statements, you can contact us

Scheduled Transfers

If you've setup scheduled transfers in digital banking, these will be canceled and will not continue. Should you wish to continue these transfers after your profile is deleted, please contact us
